By accessing or using Sunday Funday ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Sunday Funday is an event management platform that helps you organize gatherings with friends and family. The Service allows you to create events, manage RSVPs, coordinate households, and communicate with attendees.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and current information

You may sign up using email, phone number, or a third-party OAuth provider (e.g. Google, Apple). One person may belong to one or more households.

By providing your phone number and signing up for Sunday Funday, you consent to receive text messages from us. These messages may include:

• One-time verification codes for authentication
• Event reminders and updates
• RSVP confirmations

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your event activity. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time by contacting us at hello@sundayfunday.xyz.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on others' rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation

You retain ownership of content you create (event details, images, messages). By posting content on Sunday Funday, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service.

You are solely responsible for content you post. We may remove content that violates these terms without notice.

Sunday Funday offers optional AI-powered features including event generation, theme suggestions, and image creation. AI-generated content is provided as-is and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before publishing.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

We strive to keep Sunday Funday available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We may also update these terms — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Sunday Funday is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, missed events, or inaccurate information.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
