Privacy policy

When you use Sunday Funday, we collect:

• Account information (name, email, or phone number)
• Event details you create (title, location, date, time, description)
• RSVP responses and household member names
• Images you upload for events

• To create, manage, and share events
• To send event reminders and RSVP confirmations
• To display weather and location information for events
• To generate AI-powered event suggestions when you request them

We use the following services to operate Sunday Funday:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage
• Vercel — hosting and deployment
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Google Maps — location search and display
• OpenWeather — weather forecasts for events
• Anthropic Claude — AI event generation from prompts
• OpenAI DALL-E — AI image generation for events
• Sentry — error monitoring (production only)

When you use Sunday Funday through ChatGPT (via our MCP integration), OpenAI processes your prompts. We receive only the structured tool calls — not your full conversation.

We do not sell your personal data. Event information is shared only with people you invite or who access your public event links. RSVP data is visible to event organizers and other attendees.

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (hosted on AWS). We use row-level security policies, encrypted connections (TLS), and hashed API keys. Passwords are managed by Supabase Auth and never stored in plaintext.

You can:

• Access and update your profile information at any time
• Delete events you created
• Remove your RSVP from any event
• Request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

Sunday Funday is designed for families. Household members (including children) can be added by a parent or guardian. Children do not create accounts directly — their names are added to a household by an adult.

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
